An educational initiative supporting farmers as they adapt to the requirements of green, organic and regenerative agriculture.
Modern agriculture is going through a rapid transformation, in which sustainability, environmental protection and food safety are becoming essential priorities. In this context, People Conect Concept proposes a training project dedicated to farmers who want to understand and apply organic agriculture practices.
The project aims to develop farmers’ professional skills and provide access to practical, up-to-date information on organic, sustainable and regenerative farming methods. It is addressed to small and medium farmers, young agricultural entrepreneurs, people interested in converting their farms and members of rural communities from Oltenia and other regions of Romania.
The program will include courses, seminars, workshops and practical sessions delivered by specialists in organic agriculture, consultants and experienced farmers.
The project also encourages cooperation among farmers, experts and organizations active in sustainable agriculture. Participants will exchange experience, learn from good-practice examples and identify solutions adapted to their own farms.
Through this initiative, People Conect Concept wants to contribute to the modernization of Romanian agriculture and to the formation of a generation of farmers prepared for future challenges.
